The question is ....who is funding this stuff? As a tax payer I am greatly concerned about these negative trials! Lump, lump, lump! As Simon Finfer once said to Greet Van Den Bergh in Brussels "At least I have a big trial"! The aim of the game nowadays seems to be to have a "big trial"! Who cares who is in it!

Haha. Supportive care and keeping it simple wins again!

Off topic - why are the seemingly really good RW boards ?s blocked? Like can’t even pay to get them. Thanks for posting

The new one should only be paywalled at the very bottom (after all the content).

Unfortunately to get CME requires the learner+ account which PulmCCM subsidizes inside the $149 tier. giving that away to paid subsdrivers would cost ~100k/ yr. so instead the intent is to make the questions and most/all of the explanations accessible to everyone with a prompt to upgrade to get cme.

They also take a lot of work and are going to be awesome and worth paying for at least for people who need the cme.

I should prob send out an email to explain this better. I can understand the thought “I already paid, now I’m supposed to pay again, what is this, delta airlines?”

Very interesting to see the UK-ROX trial after the OXYPICU trial. Either our physiology suddenly changes at 16/18 years or someone is super biased.

Mega-ROX due to complete 40k patient recruitment towards the end of this year. Will add to the knowledge base.
