“May” being the key word in your claim which is currently not strongly supported.

Important to state that positioning and duration of CPR are two distinct and unrelated concepts , thus this comment doesn’t really relate to the post.

Patient positioning should not be “individualized” during cpr (I.e. they should be supine) until / unless randomized trials or other convincing evidence shows benefit of an alternate position.
