Based on this, I am wondering if A) determination of Resistive Index (RI) of the small kidney vessels is useful as a marker of kidney perfusion and B) using inodilators might be beneficial both due to an increase in CO and reduction in vascular resistance in conditions where local markers of tissue perfusion show poor perfusion
