This is great. Will definitely keep this in mind when I take care of a patient with an acute MI.

I've started transfusing to higher targets in acute MI, and generally in patients with critical illness and severe CAD with 'troponin leaks', but I'm so used to the restrictive approach, it feels a little odd!
